Project details
The Regus brand offers corporate office spaces fully furnished from desk and chair to break rooms and an onsite receptionist. As a client of the idGROUP Dallas, the Regus/HQ Global team designed and coordinated projects locations across the United States. As part of this team, two projects I contributed to heavily were Highland Park Village in Dallas, TX and One Oxford Centre in Pittsburgh, PA.
My contributions were inclusive of construction documents, finish selections and schedules, and construction and punch list administration.

Regus Highland Park Village, Dallas TX
Highland Park Village, a historic site attributed with being the first shopping center in the United States, proved an ideal location for the innovative "rentable" office space name brand, Regus. Occupying an entire floor with visibility from Preston Road, the project scope included offices, reception, break room, and multiple conference rooms.
Regus One Oxford Centre, Pittsburgh PA
Centered in the heart of historic Pittsburgh, One Oxford Centre offers panoramic views of both the city and what is known as the Golden Triangle where the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio Rivers converge. Common to the Regus brand, this project scope included an entire floor offering its clients office space, reception services, break room with amenities, and multiple conference rooms...and views of course!
